In November 2021, Ruggs struck another automobile in Las Vegas while driving under the influence of alcohol at a speed of 156 miles per hour, killing 23-year-old Tina Tintor and her dog in the process.He received a three- to ten-year prison term after being found guilty.
Ruggs’ blood alcohol content was 0.161, more than twice the Nevada legal limit.
